How to use the product:

Initially cut the insoles along the line corresponding to one size larger than your shoe size. Check if they fit properly, and if necessary, trim again for a better fit.
Always place the fabric side facing up (brown area), in contact with the foot.
They can be washed in cold water. Do not use any heat source for drying or expose them directly to sunlight.
