A new division, with a new sales network
As in other industrial sectors, the pharmaceutical sector is changing market trends, with two main effects:
1. Emergence of new opportunities.
2. Sales and marketing policies adaptation.
For these reasons, LABORATORIOS ERN, S.A. created, in 1997, a new division, with its own sales network, adapting the commercial strategy of several of the products and launching new ones as a consequence of these new opportunities.
The evolution of this division is constantly growing and responding to the desire to improve the service currently provided to customers, LABORATORIOS ERN believes it is appropriate to separate the OTC activity from the rest of the laboratory’s activities.
For this reason, since 2004, the IONFARMA S.L.U. has been responsible for the marketing and promotion of the selfcare products which until then was marketed by LABORATORIOS ERN.
